Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Lead the adoption of current testing technologies and methodologies to enhance automation efficiency.- Mentor and guide junior team members to develop their skills and improve overall team performance.- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align testing strategies with project goals and timelines. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Selenium.- Experience in designing and implementing automated test frameworks using Selenium.- Strong knowledge of scripting languages commonly used with Selenium such as Java, Python, or C#.- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines to support automated testing.- Ability to analyze test results and troubleshoot issues to ensure high-quality software delivery.- Experience in integrating Selenium with other testing tools and platforms to create comprehensive test suites. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Selenium.- This position is based at our HDC4 - SEZ location.- A 15 years full time education is required.
