- We are looking for a ServiceNow ITSM qualified with experience in implementing, configuring, customizing, and supporting ServiceNow applications. The candidate should have strong knowledge of ITSM processes and hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and customize ServiceNow ITSM modules. CSM/CMDB
- Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.
- Perform testing, debugging, deployment, and documentation.
- Follow ServiceNow development best practices and maintain code quality.
- Participate in upgrades, enhancements, and continuous improvement activities.
