Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and optimize testing strategies.- Maintain and enhance existing automation frameworks to ensure scalability and reliability.- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on automation best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Selenium.- Strong experience in designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts using Selenium.- Familiarity with integrating automation tools into continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.- Ability to analyze test results and troubleshoot issues to ensure high-quality software delivery.- Knowledge of scripting languages and test management tools to support automation efforts.
