E-Commerce & Quick Commerce Manager

Location: Bengaluru | Experience: 3–5 Years

Protyze is looking for a dynamic, commercially driven E-Commerce & Quick Commerce Manager to own channel growth, profitability and strategic account management across marketplaces and quick-commerce platforms including Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart and other relevant channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Own channel P&L;, sales, margins and profitability across assigned platforms.
- Build and execute platform-wise growth plans, promotional calendars and joint business plans.
- Manage relationships and commercial negotiations with marketplace & quick-commerce account teams.
- Track sales, inventory, availability, fill rates, returns, cancellations and key channel metrics.
- Drive catalogue hygiene, product visibility, platform advertising and new launches.




- Plan city-wise assortment and inventory to maximise availability across quick-commerce dark stores.
- Work closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations and Logistics to improve channel performance.
- Monitor competitors, consumer trends and platform developments to identify new growth opportunities.

What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in E-Commerce / Quick Commerce, preferably in D2C/FMCG/Nutrition.
- Proven experience managing platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto or Swiggy Instamart.
- Strong understanding of P&L;, sales planning, commercial negotiations, inventory and platform operations.
- Data-driven mindset with robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
