Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Head – HL / LAP / Insurance & Stock Broking based in New Delhi. The Business Head will oversee the end-to-end business operations for home loans (HL), loan against property (LAP), insurance solutions, and stock broking services, aligning them with Avito Homes real estate and investment offerings. Daily responsibilities include defining business strategy, driving sales and revenue targets, building and managing partnerships with banks, NBFCs, insurers, and brokers, and ensuring regulatory compliance across all product lines. The role involves leading and mentoring a cross-functional team, monitoring performance metrics, optimizing processes,



and enhancing client experience through integrated financial and real estate solutions. The Business Head will also collaborate closely with senior leadership to develop new products, refine pricing and risk frameworks, and support market expansion initiatives.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in home loans (HL), loan against property (LAP), and secured lending products, with a proven track record of business growth and portfolio management.
- Solid experience in insurance distribution (life, health, general) and stock broking, including product positioning, cross-selling, and regulatory adherence.
- Demonstrated ability in business strategy, P&L; ownership, sales leadership, target setting, and performance monitoring.
- Competence in relationship management and partnerships with banks, NBFCs, insurance companies, and brokerage firms.
- Strong analytical, financial modeling, and risk assessment skills, with comfort in using data and MIS tools for decision-making.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate diverse teams.
- Understanding of real estate markets, wealth management, and integrated financial solutions is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; an MBA or relevant professional certification is an advantage.
- Prior leadership experience in HL/LAP, insurance, or stock broking domains, preferably within financial services or real estate-linked businesses.
