Role Description

The Social Media role at Fitspire is a full time, on-site position based in Connaught Place. This role involves planning, creating, and publishing engaging content across social media platforms to build brand awareness and community engagement. Daily responsibilities include managing social media calendars, coordinating with the marketing team on campaign ideas, monitoring platform analytics, and responding to comments and messages in a timely, professional manner. The role also includes collaborating with designers and other stakeholders to develop visual and written content,



tracking performance metrics, and suggesting data-driven improvements to social media strategies. The team member will help ensure that all social media communications align with Fitspire's health, wellness, and brand values.

Qualifications

FRESHERS ARE WELCOMED

- Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation, with experience managing brand presence across multiple platforms.
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing and Marketing principles, including campaign planning, audience targeting, and performance tracking.
- Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to create clear, engaging, and brand-aligned messaging.
- Experience using social media analytics tools and basic understanding of SEO and content optimization is beneficial.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Prior experience in the health, wellness, or fitness industry and a genuine interest in wellness trends is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
