Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in Dindigul. The Graphic Designer will create visual assets for digital and print channels, including social media creatives, marketing collaterals, website graphics, and branding materials. The role involves collaborating closely with the design, marketing, and development teams to translate concepts into explicit, impactful visual designs aligned with client goals and brand guidelines. Daily responsibilities include developing layouts, selecting typography and color palettes, preparing files for production,



and iterating on designs based on feedback. The Graphic Designer will also contribute to UI/UX design elements, support campaign work, and maintain consistency across all visual touchpoints.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in graphic design fundamentals, including layout, typography, color theory, and visual composition.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and/or Figma.
- Experience creating digital assets for websites, social media campaigns, and marketing materials.
- Ability to interpret creative briefs, develop concepts, and present design options clearly to stakeholders.
- Understanding of branding principles and experience working within or helping define brand guidelines.
- Basic familiarity with UI/UX design for web and mobile interfaces is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with openness to feedback and iterative design.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Portfolio demonstrating a range of creative work across digital and print media is required.
