Job Title: ERP Senior Consultant-Tech Designation: ERP Senior Consultant-Tech

Location: Mph-Cybercity Tower 4, Pune, IN
Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled ERP Senior Consultant-Tech with a robust focus on Oracle EBS Finance and Technical functionalities. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of Oracle EBS modules, particularly in Accounts Receivable (AR), and will be responsible for delivering consultancy services that enhance our clients financial operations. This role requires a blend of functional and technical expertise to ensure seamless integration and optimization of Oracle EBS solutions.

Responsibilities:

- Provide expert consultancy on Oracle EBS Finance modules, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management (CM), Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS), and Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB).

- Analyze client requirements and design effective solutions leveraging Oracle EBS functionalities.

- Develop and implement technical solutions using Oracle Apps Technical tools, including PL/SQL, Workflows, XML Reports, and interfaces.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.

- Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients to enhance their understanding of Oracle EBS functionalities.

- Stay updated with the latest Oracle EBS developments and best practices to provide innovative solutions.

- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Oracle EBS Finance modules and technical components.

Mandatory Skills:

- Strong expertise in Oracle EBS Finance Functional modules, particularly Accounts Receivable (AR).

- Proficient in Oracle EBS Technical skills,



including Oracle Apps Technical, PL/SQL, Workflows, XML Reports, and interfaces.

- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective Oracle EBS solutions.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with Oracle EBS implementation and upgrade projects.

- Knowledge of additional Oracle EBS modules and functionalities.

- Familiarity with cloud-based Oracle solutions.

- Project management skills and experience in leading consultancy engagements.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Relevant certifications in Oracle EBS or related technologies are a plus.

- Strong analytical and technical skills with a focus on financial processes.
