Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor and Videographer role based in Siliguri. The role involves planning and executing video shoots for real estate and construction projects, including property walkthroughs, customer testimonials, and brand stories. The Video Editor and Videographer will capture high-quality footage, manage lighting and audio, and organize raw files for efficient post-production. Day-to-day responsibilities include editing video content, applying color grading, creating motion graphics, and collaborating with marketing and sales teams to produce engaging promotional and informational videos. The role also includes maintaining equipment,



managing project timelines, and ensuring all content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
Qualifications

- Strong skills in Video Production, including camera operation, lighting, and audio capture for in office shoots.
- Proficiency in Video Editing and Video Color Grading using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro).
- Experience creating Motion Graphics and Graphics for video content, such as titles, lower thirds, and visual overlays.
- Ability to translate creative briefs into compelling visual stories, with attention to detail and consistency in brand messaging.
- Good understanding of video formats, codecs, and export settings for web, social media, and presentation use.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams on-site.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Film, Media, Communication, Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in real estate or construction-related content creation is an advantage.
