About Role

Keka is looking for a Manager / Senior Manager - Total Rewards to own and evolve our compensation and benefits charter across India and global markets. This is a high-ownership role for someone who has designed comp frameworks from the ground up and knows what it takes to build reward systems in a fast-moving environment.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Own the end-to-end compensation strategy for India, including salary structuring, pay bands, and annual comp cycles.
- Build and maintain job leveling frameworks that scale across functions and geographies.
- Run compensation benchmarking exercises using market surveys and external data to keep Keka competitive.
- Design and govern reward policies, ensuring they stay consistent, compliant, and easy to administer.
- Lead total rewards for international markets, starting with the US, Middle East, and Southeast Asia,



adapting pay philosophy and benefits to local norms.
- Partner with TA, Finance, and business leaders on offer structuring, budgeting, and headcount cost planning.
- Manage the benefits portfolio, including Medical Insurance, Personal Accident, Group Personal Accident (GPA), and other employee benefit programs.
- Present compensation insights and recommendations to leadership, backed by data and market context.
- Continuously audit pay equity and flag gaps before they become risks.

Must Haves

- 8–10 years of experience in Total Rewards / Compensation & Benefits.
- Background in B2B SaaS or another fast-paced tech workplace strongly preferred.
- Proven, hands-on experience with compensation benchmarking, job leveling, and policy design.
- Solid grip on India compensation structures and statutory requirements.
- Exposure to international total rewards, particularly US, Middle East, and Southeast Asia markets.
- Working knowledge of benefits programs such as Medical, Personal Accident, and GPA.
- Comfortable working with data: comp modeling, market surveys, and pay analytics.
- Strong stakeholder management skills to work closely with HR, Finance, and business leadership.
