Job Overview:

Our client is seeking a results-driven Digital Advertising Specialist to manage and scale paid media campaigns for their clients. The primary focus of this role is lead generation, specifically within the home services sector. In this role, you will be responsible for the execution, monitoring, and optimization of ads across Google and Meta platforms to drive high client retention and cost-effective lead acquisition.

Responsibilities:

- Build, launch, and manage high-performing ad campaigns on Google Ads and Facebook/Instagram (Meta).
- Perform daily and weekly reviews of campaign structures, monitoring results to identify opportunities for scaling and improvement.
- Focus on technical execution and provide strategic input to improve overall campaign performance.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), with a heavy emphasis on Cost Per Lead (CPL) and Client Retention.
- Work closely with Account Managers and Senior Management to incorporate feedback and align advertising efforts with client goals.

Requirements:

- At least 3+ years of experience building and managing digital advertising campaigns.
- Mandatory proficiency in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.




- Technical experience with Zapier and various CRM platforms to manage lead flow and automation.
- Proven track record of generating a high volume of leads through paid search and social channels.
- Robust ability to take feedback from management and translate it into actionable campaign adjustments.
- Experience in Home Services Marketing (e.g., plumbing, roofing, HVAC) is preferred.
