About Position:

We are looking for an experienced Project Lead UKG Kronos Application Analyst to join our Workforce Management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for administering, configuring, enhancing, and supporting UKG Kronos Workforce Management applications while ensuring alignment with business objectives, workforce policies, and compliance requirements.

What You'll Do:

- Administer, maintain, and optimize UKG Kronos Workforce Management applications.
- Configure and manage labor rules, pay policies, scheduling rules, accruals, and workforce management processes.
- Support workforce compliance requirements and ensure system configurations align with business policies and regulations.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective Kronos configurations and solutions.
- Manage integrations between UKG Kronos, Payroll, HRIS, ERP, and other enterprise systems.
- Troubleshoot application issues and provide timely resolution for workforce management challenges.
- Support application upgrades, patches, enhancements, and release activities.
- Perform configuration validation, testing, and quality assurance activities.
- Work closely with HR, Payroll, Operations, and IT teams to support workforce management initiatives.
- Conduct impact assessments and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify optimization opportunities.
- Develop and maintain system documentation, process documents, and support procedures.
- Participate in project planning, implementation, and delivery of workforce management solutions.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT), system validation, and production deployment activities.




- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across workforce management platforms.
- Drive continuous process improvement and system optimization initiatives.
- Provide guidance and support to end users and business stakeholders.
- Participate in stakeholder meetings, workshops, and solution review sessions.

Expertise You'll Bring:

- 8-12 years of experience in Workforce Management, UKG Kronos administration, configuration, and support.
- Strong hands-on experience with UKG Kronos Workforce Management applications.
- Expertise in workforce management processes including Timekeeping, Scheduling, Labor Management, Pay Rules, Attendance Management, Compliance Tracking.
- Strong understanding of labor laws, workforce compliance requirements, and scheduling policies.
- Experience configuring Kronos modules based on business and regulatory requirements.
- Hands-on experience supporting integrations between UKG Kronos, Payroll Systems, HRIS Platforms, ERP Applications, Enterprise Workforce Solutions.
- Solid knowledge of workforce data management and reporting.
- Experience working on application upgrades, enhancements, and migration projects.
- Ability to perform root-cause analysis and resolve complex application issues.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into system solutions.
- Knowledge of testing methodologies, UAT processes, and deployment activities.




- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience collaborating with business, HR, payroll, and technology teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working in Agile and project-based environments.
- Strong documentation, reporting, and presentation skills.
- Ability to lead discussions, workshops, and process improvement initiatives.
