We have 4,000+ warm CRM leads — pre-qualified contacts from our Investor Awareness Programmes and referrals. This is a pure sales role: call leads, meet prospects, convert to investing clients, grow AUM. No cold prospecting.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead conversion: Call and meet warm CRM leads daily; qualify, pitch, and close. Manage pipeline from first contact to first investment.
- AUM growth: Drive SIP registrations, lump-sum investments, and top-ups. Target is AUM acquired each quarter.
- Client management: Coordinate portfolio reviews with the advisory team; seek referrals and Google reviews from clients.
- CRM & compliance: Log every interaction in Zoho CRM with rationale. Adhere to SEBI/AMFI/KYC norms at all times.
- Events: Represent the firm at Investor Awareness Programmes; identify and capture leads.

Requirements

- Certifications: NISM VA mandatory on joining. NISM XA, XB, and XVII (Retirement Planning) within 6 months.
- Knowledge:



Mutual funds (equity/debt/hybrid), financial planning, personal income tax rules, retirement planning, SIP mechanics.
- Languages: Fluent spoken and written English and Hindi. Communication quality directly affects conversion.
- Sales mindset: Comfortable with targets, persistent follow-up, objection handling, and closing. 0–2 years experience preferred; solid freshers considered.
- Education: Any graduate. Finance/Commerce/Economics background preferred.
- Tools: Zoho CRM, Investwell, MS Office, AI drafting tools.
