Job Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day execution of commercial interior fit-out works, including civil, carpentry, flooring, ceiling, painting, and finishing.
- Ensure execution as per approved drawings, BOQ, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and site labour for smooth execution.
- Monitor manpower, material availability, site progress, and productivity.
- Coordinate material deliveries and ensure proper storage and utilization.
- Conduct quality checks and ensure timely closure of snags and rework.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with the Project Manager for timely resolution.
- Maintain daily site reports, progress updates, photographs, and project documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, designers, and internal teams at site.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and housekeeping standards.

Requirements

- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- 3–8 years of experience in commercial office interior fit-out/site execution.
- Strong knowledge of interior execution, construction sequencing, materials, and finishing works.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and BOQs.
- Experience in contractor, labour, and vendor coordination.
- Good communication, coordination, and site management skills.
