Role Description The General Manager Human Resources is a full-time, on-site role based in Nagpur. This position oversees the end-to-end HR function, including HR strategy, workforce planning, and implementation of HR policies aligned with business objectives. Daily responsibilities include managing recruitment and onboarding, performance management processes, and compensation and benefits administration. The role also focuses on employee relations, engagement, and grievance handling, while ensuring compliance with labor laws and organizational standards. The General Manager Human Resources will collaborate with senior leadership to drive human resource development initiatives,



build a positive workplace culture, and support change management across the organization.
Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience overseeing comprehensive HR operations.
- Ability to design, implement, and update HR Policies that align with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Expertise in Human Resource Development, including training, talent development, succession planning, and performance management frameworks.
- Proven capability in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution, employee engagement, and maintaining a fair and inclusive work environment.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in HR at a managerial or senior level, preferably in manufacturing, machinery, or automotive industries.
- Thorough understanding of Indian labor laws, statutory compliances, and HR best practices.
- Robust communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in HRIS or HR management software and familiarity with data-driven HR decision-making.
