OfficeDeals.in is the commercial real estate platform of the Reflex Group, one of Mumbai's established real estate consulting groups.

The Reflex Realty Group has a 65+ year legacy in the industry and specializes in luxury residential sales, land deals, and commercial office space leasing and sales across Mumbai. What you'll do:

- Take ownership of content from ideation to execution and publishing.
- Plan, shoot, edit and publish Instagram Reels, posts and other social content.
- Be comfortable on camera — presenting, doing voiceovers, or hosting quick-hit videos.
- Come up with funny, relatable and engaging content around office life, business, real estate and the broker experience.
- Stay on top of trending sounds, formats, memes and social media trends,



and find creative ways to adapt them for OfficeDeals.
- Help build and execute our content strategy across Instagram and LinkedIn.
- Work closely with the team to turn ideas, real estate insights and company updates into engaging content.
- Maintain a consistent content pipeline and ensure content is delivered on time.
- Take accountability for the quality, consistency and execution of the content you create.
- Track what's working and use content performance to improve future ideas.

What we're looking for:

- Genuine interest in social media, content creation or video production.
- Comfortable being in front of the camera and confident shooting/editing using a phone.
- Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, trends, formats and internet culture.
- Someone who can take an idea and execute it independently from start to finish.
- Creative thinker who can consistently pitch fresh content ideas.
- Strong sense of ownership, accountability and attention to detail.
- Valuable communication skills and the ability to work independently.
- Interest in real estate, business or entrepreneurship is a bonus — we'll teach you the industry side.
