We're growing our nCino practice and looking for an experienced Implementation Specialist to help our clients modernize their lending operations.

About the Role

We're seeking an nCino Implementation Specialist with deep Salesforce and nCino expertise to design, configure, and deliver Loan Origination System (LOS) solutions for our banking clients. You'll work directly with client stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable nCino configurations, while serving as a technical and functional subject matter expert across engagements.

What You'll Do

- Configure LOS features in nCino with minimal direction, from requirements through deployment
- Perform proofs of concept (POCs) and product demos to support sales cycles and client evaluations
- Query and navigate the nCino data model to support configuration, reporting, and troubleshooting
- Apply nCino functional and technical best practices across implementations
- Design, develop, and test Salesforce Flows of moderate to advanced complexity, following platform best practices
- Produce professional, detailed solution documentation (functional specs, configuration workbooks, test plans, etc.)
- Collaborate with project managers, business analysts,



and fellow consultants to keep implementations on scope, budget, and timeline
- Advise clients on banking business processes and workflows, aligning nCino capabilities to real-world lending operations
- Troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues throughout the implementation lifecycle

What You Bring

- 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Advanced Admin, 2+ years as an nCino Advanced Admin
- Prior consulting or professional services experience
- In-depth, hands-on experience configuring nCino LOS features
- Strong working knowledge of the nCino data model, including querying and navigation
- Solid understanding of banking practices and lending business process flows
- Proficiency designing, building, and testing Salesforce Flows (moderate to advanced)
- Excellent customer facing communication skills, with experience producing detailed documentation
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities across client engagements

Nice to Have

- nCino Certified Implementation Specialist or other nCino certifications
- Salesforce certifications (Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, etc.)
- Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC)
