Job Description

We are looking for experienced HCC Medical Coders to join our team in Coimbatore. The candidate will be responsible for reviewing medical records, identifying relevant diagnoses, and assigning accurate ICD-10-CM codes in accordance with HCC coding guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Review medical records and clinical documentation for accurate diagnosis coding.
- Assign appropriate ICD-10-CM codes based on documentation.
- Identify and capture HCCs supported by clinical documentation.
- Ensure coding accuracy and compliance with applicable coding guidelines.
- Perform chart review and identify missing or unsupported diagnoses.




- Meet productivity and quality targets within the defined timelines.
- Participate in audits, feedback sessions, and quality improvement activities.
- Stay updated with changes in HCC and ICD-10-CM coding guidelines.

Eligibility & Skills
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in HCC Medical Coding.
- Solid knowledge of ICD-10-CM coding and HCC concepts.
- Good understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology.
- Ability to interpret clinical documentation accurately.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
- Willingness to work night shifts from the office in Coimbatore.
