Duration: 2 Months Internship

Job Summary:

We are looking for a energetic and enthusiastic HR Recruiter Intern to support our talent acquisition team. The intern will assist in sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, maintaining recruitment databases, and supporting end-to-end hiring activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source and screen candidate profiles from various job portals.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
- Assist in job postings and employer branding activities.
- Support onboarding documentation and joining formalities.
- Prepare recruitment reports and MIS as required.

Requirements:

- Graduate or completed MBA/PGDM in HR or related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Eagerness to learn and build a career in Human Resources.
