Signature Global is looking to hire Financial Analysts for its Commercial & Retail Business Team based in Gurugram.

Role Overview

- Evaluate acquisition and development opportunities through financial modeling and feasibility analysis.
- Prepare project cash flows, valuations, and management presentations.
- Assist in land acquisition activities, authority submissions, and leasing operations.
- Conduct market research and support transaction due diligence.
- Coordinate with consultants, government authorities, and internal stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

- 1 to 3 years of experience in real estate investments, development, consulting, valuation, or a related field.
- Strong financial modeling and advanced Excel skills.
- Understanding of real estate feasibility, valuation, and development economics.




- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Comfortable with fieldwork and authority interactions.

Preferred

- Bachelor's degree, CA, CFA (completed/pursuing), or equivalent.
