Business Development Executive

Job Summary:

We are hiring a Business Development Executive to grow our international B2B business. You will generate leads, build long-term client relationships, manage the sales cycle from inquiry to order execution, and deliver an excellent customer experience.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Handle international client communication via calls, emails, and virtual meetings

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and resolve queries promptly

• Identify new business opportunities through lead generation, outbound outreach, and market research

• Build and maintain long-term B2B client relationships

• Manage the complete sales cycle, from inquiry generation to quotation, negotiation, closure, and order execution

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project and order fulfillment

• Maintain accurate records in CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zoho CRM, HubSpot, or equivalent)

• Monitor the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups with prospects and existing clients

• Prepare sales reports, presentations, and performance updates

• Analyze market trends,



competitor activity, and customer requirements to support growth strategy

• Manage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining high service quality

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's degree (mandatory)

• 1 to 3 years of experience in Business Development, International Sales, Account Management, or B2B Sales

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

• Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn

• Team player comfortable in a team-oriented environment

• Salary: Depends on interview performance (No constraints for the right candidate)
