As our new Senior SAP Basis Consultant, you will take ownership of complex SAP environments across enterprise customers, ensuring reliable operations while leading strategic migration, upgrade, and transformation initiatives. You will combine deep SAP Basis expertise with cloud, database, and infrastructure knowledge to deliver successful outcomes across S/4HANA, ECC, BW/4HANA, BTP, and HANA landscapes.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead SAP migration, upgrade, and implementation projects from assessment through hypercare
- Own end-to-end delivery activities including sizing, planning, cutover coordination, and operational transition
- Drive SAP migrations to Azure, AWS, and GCP using appropriate migration and conversion approaches
- Design, implement, and validate high availability and disaster recovery solutions for SAP workloads
- Manage and optimize SAP ecosystems including S/4HANA, ECC, BW/4HANA, Solution Manager, Cloud ALM, PI/PO, and BusinessObjects
- Guide L1/L2 engineers, support customer engagements, and contribute technical expertise to presales activities

Job Requirements

- Experience administering SAP platforms including S/4HANA, ECC, BW/4HANA, Solution Manager, and SAP Cloud ALM
- Expertise with SAP HANA administration, HANA System Replication, backup and recovery, performance tuning, and deployment architectures




- Experience managing Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, SAP ASE, IBM DB2, and MaxDB environments
- Hands-on knowledge of SUM/DMO, system copies, OS/DB migrations, Unicode conversions, and S/4HANA technical conversions
- Experience operating SAP workloads on at least one major hyperscaler platform such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
- Knowledge of high availability, disaster recovery, clustering technologies, cloud backup strategies, and incident management processes
