About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain applications using Python.
- Build and integrate REST APIs using Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
- Work with SQL/NoSQL databases and optimize queries.
- Write clean, reusable, and efficient code.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues.
- Perform code reviews and write unit tests.
- Collaborate with developers, QA, DevOps, and product teams.
- Support application deployment and production issues.

Qualifications

- 4+ years of hands-on Python development experience.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Django / Flask / FastAPI.
- Experience with REST APIs and backend development.
- Good knowledge of PostgreSQL / MySQL and SQL.
- Experience with Git/GitHub.
- Strong understanding of OOP and software development practices.
- Positive problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with AWS, Docker, or CI/CD.
- Knowledge of microservices, Redis, Kafka, or Celery.
- Experience in fintech/banking applications.
