Your Role

As a Pega Developer, you will design, develop, and implement scalable Pega-based applications that support business transformation initiatives. You will collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to deliver robust BPM and case management solutions while ensuring application quality and performance.

In this role, you will:

- Design, develop, and customize Pega applications based on business requirements.
- Implement Pega PRPC workflows and case management solutions.
- Develop and configure business process management (BPM) solutions using Pega frameworks.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues.
- Integrate Pega applications with external systems using REST and SOAP services.
- Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to define and implement solutions.
- Follow Pega best practices, coding standards, and governance guidelines.
- Support testing, deployment, and maintenance activities for Pega applications.

Your Profile

- 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in Pega PRPC development.




- Strong expertise in Pega PRPC versions 7.x and 8.x.
- Experience in Case Management, Decisioning, and BPM implementations.
- Solid understanding of Pega Frameworks, UI Components, and Declarative Rules.
- Hands-on experience with REST and SOAP-based integrations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Willingness to work from Hyderabad.
