We are looking for an experienced Workday HCM Functional Solution Architect to lead functional solution design, HR transformation initiatives, and end-to-end Workday implementations.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end Workday HCM solution design and architecture.
- Translate HR business requirements into scalable Workday solutions.
- Drive business process design, fit-gap analysis, workshops, and solution reviews.
- Act as a functional SME across Workday HCM modules.
- Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and business stakeholders.
- Lead solution governance, testing, UAT, and deployment readiness.
- Mentor functional consultants and support project planning and risk management.

Must Have

- 8+ years of HCM / HR Technology consulting experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on Workday HCM functional consulting experience.
- Multiple end-to-end Workday implementations/deployments.
- Solid experience in solution architecture and HR process transformation.
- Excellent stakeholder management and consulting skills.
- Experience with global Workday deployments is preferred.
- Workday certification(s) preferred.
