Job Description:

We are looking for Female IT Recruiters with a minimum of 8 months of IT Recruitment experience to join our Jaipur team.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in IT/Technical Recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination and candidate engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

️ Handle PAN India IT recruitment

️ Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn and other recruitment channels

️ Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience and job requirements

️ Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and stakeholders

️ Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers

️ Ensure regular candidate engagement throughout the recruitment process

️ Follow up with selected candidates until joining

️ Achieve assigned recruitment targets and hiring goals

Required Skills:

️ Minimum 8 months of IT Recruitment experience

️ Strong understanding of IT/Technical recruitment





️ Good knowledge of technical skills and IT roles

️ Strong sourcing and screening skills

️ Good communication and interpersonal skills

️ Good candidate handling and follow-up skills

️ Ability to work in a target-oriented recruitment environment

️ Willingness to work 100% from office in Jaipur

️ Immediate joiners only

Important:

Candidates with only Non-IT Recruitment experience are not eligible.
