- Manage, operate, support MuleSoft platform across CloudHub and Runtime Fabric on OpenShift.
- Set up, configure, and maintain OpenShift clusters. Deploy and manage MuleSoft components using Helm charts. Integrate and support CI/CD pipelines using GitLab.
- Perform platform maintenance activities, including upgrades, recycling, patching, and capacity management.Provide L3 operational support, including incident resolution during offshore hours.
- Support certificate renewals, secrets management, and platform security activities. Monitor platform health, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis (RCA). Maintain documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures.Ensure compliance with enterprise API governance and operational standards.
