JOB Description:

A Network and Security Associate is responsible for the implementation, and maintenance of the network infrastructure

- Implement the organization's network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and security.
- Work with other teams to integrate networking solutions with business applications and services.
- Install and configure routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices.
- Set up and manage Virtual Private Networks (VPNs), both for remote users and site-to-site connections.
- Continuously monitor network traffic for unusual behavior or security breaches using tools like SIEM (Security Information and Event Management) systems, network analyzers, etc.
- Troubleshoot network issues and security-related incidents, including network outages,
- Connectivity issues, and performance problems.




- Work with vendors and service providers to resolve any external network or service issues.
- Provide support for both internal teams and external clients to resolve complex network and security problems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certifications (Cisco/Sophos/Fortinet NSE, AWS, ITIL)

• Experience with infrastructure budgeting

Technical Expertise

• Operational Knowledge of managing HP/Aruba/Cisco/Fortinet/Checkpoint Network & Security products

• Performance monitoring and optimization

• Network security and compliance

Skills & Competencies

• Strong Troubleshooting Skills

• Robust communication and presentation skills

• Change/Incident management
