*Job Description – Telecaller*

Position: Telecaller

Location: Naraina Industrial Area, Phase-II, New Delhi – 110028

Experience: Minimum 1 Year

Salary: 18,000 – 20,000 per month (as per experience & interview)

Employment Type: Full-Time

*Key Responsibilities*

Make outbound calls to customers/candidates.

Handle incoming calls and resolve basic queries.

Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.

Explain company services and provide relevant information.

Maintain daily calling and follow-up records.

Coordinate with the internal team for further requirements.

Achieve assigned daily/weekly calling targets.

*Requirements*

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Telecaller/Telecaller Executive.

Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.

Good convincing and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.

Positive attitude and willingness to work with targets.

Valuable follow-up and customer-handling skills.

*Salary: 18,000 – 20,000/month, depending on experience and interview performance.*
