1. Customer Support Sr. Associate (Voice Process) - (1- 3 yrs experience Sales Exp Preferred)

3. Customer Support Executive (Voice Process) - (3-5 yrs experience Sales Exp Preferred)

CTC:

2.5 LPA - 3.5 LPA (Associate / Sr. Associate / Executive)

Immediate Joiners Preferred

Minimum Graduation Must (60% and above)

Job Timing: Regular Morning Shift (NO NIGHT SHIFT / NO ROTATIONAL SHIFT) & There is No Transport Provided

5 Days + Alternate Saturdays (2 Saturdays)

Job Description:

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to prospective and existing customers





• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products/services

• Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers

• Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets

• Generate leads and convert opportunities into sales

• Build and maintain robust customer relationships through effective communication

• Address customer queries and objections professionally

• Follow up on leads and customer inquiries on a timely basis

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the system

• Adhere to company policies, sales processes, and quality standards

Job Specification:

1. Candidate must have good command/proficiency in English & Hindi (Both)
2. Strong communication, persuasion, and customer handling skills
3. Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
4. Minimum Graduation is mandatory (60% and above)

5.Prior experience in voice-based sales, telesales, inbound sales, outbound sales, or customer acquisition will be preferred
