About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Team Lead – Retail Operations to manage the day-to-day operations of the LEBROC retail store at LPU University, Phagwara. The candidate will supervise the store team, ensure smooth customer service and billing, manage inventory, maintain store standards and support the Store Manager in achieving operational and sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage daily activities of Customer Sales Associates (CSAs).
- Allocate duties and ensure proper manpower deployment across shifts.
- Monitor attendance, punctuality, grooming and discipline.
- Ensure accurate and smooth billing and POS operations.
- Monitor daily sales and support achievement of sales targets.
- Handle customer queries, complaints and escalations.
- Manage stock arrangement, stock counting and inventory control.
- Monitor stock receiving, loading,



unloading and dispatch.
- Coordinate stock transfers and maintain proper documentation.
- Conduct stock checks and report shortages, damages and discrepancies.
- Ensure store hygiene, cleanliness and maintenance.
- Ensure proper product display and shelf availability.
- Train and guide team members on customer service, billing, SOPs and store operations.
- Prepare daily sales, stock, attendance and operational reports.
- Coordinate with the Store Manager and Head Office.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and safety standards.
- Take responsibility for store operations in the absence of the Store Manager.
