Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst – SAP Tax & Analytics to bridge the gap between Tax stakeholders and technical teams. The ideal candidate will translate complex Tax processes and compliance requirements into robust data models, CDS views, and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) analytical solutions.

The candidate must possess strong Tax domain expertise, hands-on SAP analytics experience, and the ability to manage end-to-end analytics requirements across SAP S/4HANA environments.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements to Delivery

- Own the end-to-end analytics requirements lifecycle.
- Translate Tax reporting and compliance needs into functional specifications, KPIs, and dashboards.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure successful analytics delivery.

Solution Design & Analytics

- Define and build intuitive SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) stories, dashboards, and analytical applications.
- Design analytical solutions aligned with business and Tax reporting requirements.

Data Modeling & Architecture

- Partner with engineering teams to design CDS views, reusable semantic layers, and data models.
- Work across SAP Datasphere and SAP S/4HANA environments.




- Support analytical data architecture and reporting solutions.

Tax Governance & Stakeholder Management

- Lead Fit-to-Standard workshops with Tax and Finance teams.
- Establish standardized enterprise KPI definitions and data quality controls.
- Collaborate effectively with senior Tax leaders and technical developers.

️ Must-Have Requirements

Senior Business Analyst Experience

8+ years of relevant experience with a proven track record of owning analytics delivery across at least one full-lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementation.

Tax Domain Expertise – IMPORTANT MUST HAVE

Deep functional knowledge of Tax processes, including direct and indirect tax, Tax reporting, and compliance.

Technical Analytics Depth – IMPORTANT MUST HAVE

Hands-on proficiency with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SAP S/4HANA Embedded Analytics (CDS Views), and SAP Datasphere / BW.

Stakeholder Management

Exceptional communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively between senior Tax leaders and technical development teams.
