Position: MEP Engineer

Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering

Experience: 3.5+ Years of Relevant Experience

CTC: 4 LPA

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Plan, execute, and supervise Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) works at the project site.

Review MEP drawings, specifications, BOQs, and technical documents before execution.

Coordinate with Civil, Architectural, and Structural teams to identify and resolve service clashes.

Monitor installation of HVAC, Electrical, Firefighting, Plumbing, Drainage, and ELV systems.

Ensure all MEP works comply with approved drawings, quality standards, project specifications, and safety requirements.

Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and monitor project schedules.

Conduct inspection, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of MEP systems.

Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, technicians, and site manpower.

Check the quality and quantity of materials and ensure proper material utilization and inventory control.





Resolve technical issues and provide effective site engineering support.

Ensure compliance with applicable codes, local authority regulations, and project requirements.

Coordinate with consultants, clients, and project teams during inspections and handover.

Prepare and maintain as-built drawings, testing reports, and completion documentation.

Maintain accurate records related to work progress, measurements, material usage, and billing.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering

3.5+ years of relevant MEP/site experience

Solid knowledge of MEP systems and site execution

Good coordination and communication skills

Ability to manage subcontractors and site manpower

Knowledge of drawings, BOQs, measurements, testing & commissioning

Strong focus on quality, safety, and timely project completion
