Role Description The Finance Manager – Zoho Books Specialist will oversee day-to-day financial operations, with a primary focus on managing and optimizing accounting processes within Zoho Books. This full time, on-site role in Jaipur includes responsibilities such as maintaining accurate financial records, handling accounts receivable and payable, performing bank reconciliations, and preparing periodic financial statements and reports. The role also involves monitoring budgets, supporting internal audits, ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations, and providing analytical insights to support management decisions. The Finance Manager will collaborate closely with hotel operations, procurement, and senior leadership to ensure financial data is timely, accurate,



and aligned with business objectives.

Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in Zoho Books, including setup, configuration, reporting, and integration with other business systems.
- Solid knowledge of general accounting principles, financial reporting, and hotel or hospitality industry finance practices.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and financial analysis to support strategic and operational decisions.
- Ability to manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll coordination, and bank reconciliations accurately and on schedule.
- Familiarity with tax compliance, statutory reporting, and internal controls relevant to finance and accounting functions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and Excel skills, with attention to detail and a focus on data integrity.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams and senior management.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CMA, CPA equivalent) are an advantage.
- Prior experience as a Finance Manager or similar finance leadership role, ideally within hotels, resorts, or the broader hospitality sector.
