The Academic Counsellor will be responsible for guiding and supporting students in their IT course training, helping them to navigate their educational options and achieve their goals.
Responsibilities
- Provide academic guidance and support to students in their educational journey.
- Assist students in selecting appropriate courses and academic programs.
- Monitor and evaluate student progress, providing feedback and resources as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions.
Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent communication skill
- 1-3 years of experience in academic counselling or a tele sales role.
- Target handling person
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to assess student needs and provide tailored support.
- Familiarity with educational systems and IT programs.
- Solid organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Most preferable for Female candidates only
