Job Description:

- Administer and manage Fabric capacities, workspaces, permissions, and tenant wide settings

- Define and implement standards, guardrails, and usage models for Fabric in alignment with IT governance

- Manage access control, data segregation, and role concepts across Fabric workspaces and environments

- Monitor platform usage, performance, and costs, and proactively optimize capacities and workloads

- Support integration of Fabric with existing enterprise systems, data sources, and platforms

- Provide 2nd / 3rd level support for Fabric related incidents, issues, and operational questions

- Ensure documentation, operational procedures, and handover of platform components

- Advise business units and IT teams on Fabric capabilities, limitations, and best practices

- Review and assess Fabric usage scenarios, solutions, and architectures from an enterprise perspective

- Collaborate closely with MS Fabric Architect, data engineers, security, and governance functions

- Robust hands on experience administering Microsoft Fabric and/or related Microsoft analytics platforms (e.g. Power BI, Azure Synapse,



Data Factory)

- Solid understanding of Fabric concepts such as capacities, workspaces, Lakehouse, Warehouse, and semantic models

- Experience operating productive enterprise data and analytics platforms

- Strong understanding of identity, access management, data security, and compliance principles

- Experience establishing and enforcing platform standards and governance models

- Ability to balance enablement of business teams with platform stability and control

- Structured, reliable, and quality driven working style with strong documentation skills

- Good English communication skills in an international, distributed team setup

- Experience with cost management and capacity planning for data platforms

- Experience supporting AI, advanced analytics, or machine learning workloads on top of data platforms
