Job Description:

- Perform business/company valuations for various purposes including transactions, restructuring, disputes and strategic decisions.

- Prepare detailed DCF valuation models, financial projections and valuation analysis.

- Apply valuation methodologies including DCF, Comparable Companies (CCA), Comparable Transactions (CTA) and Market Approach.

- Conduct financial and economic analysis to assess the value of businesses and losses/claims.

- Work on brand valuation, IP valuation and other intangible asset valuations.

- Support dispute and arbitration matters, including claim quantification and damages assessment.

- Prepare/review expert reports, valuation reports and financial analysis for dispute matters.

- Analyse financial statements, business plans, contracts and other relevant information.

- Manage client interactions and independently handle valuation assignments.

- Review and guide work performed by junior team members.
