Job Title: Ironing Master

Job Summary:
The Ironing Master is responsible for ironing, pressing, and finishing garments and other fabric items to maintain high-quality standards. The role requires attention to detail, knowledge of different fabric types, and the ability to operate industrial ironing and pressing equipment safely.

Key Responsibilities:

- Iron and press garments, uniforms, linens, and other textile items according to quality standards.
- Identify fabric types and use appropriate temperature and steam settings.
- Remove wrinkles, shape garments, and ensure a neat, qualified finish.
- Inspect garments for stains, tears, or defects before and after ironing.
- Operate and maintain steam irons, press machines, and other ironing equipment.
- Fold, hang, and prepare finished garments for packing or delivery.
- Follow safety procedures while handling hot equipment and steam.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and hygienic.




- Report equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs to the supervisor.
- Meet daily productivity and quality targets.

Qualifications:

- High school education or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in ironing, laundry, dry cleaning, or garment finishing is an advantage.
- Knowledge of fabric care and garment handling.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Good attention to detail and time management skills.

Skills Required:

- Proficiency in ironing and garment finishing techniques.
