Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Executive - Field
Marketing to drive demand generation, customer engagement, partner marketing
initiatives, and regional marketing programs for our ERP and enterprise
software solutions.

The ideal candidate will have experience executing B2B marketing campaigns,
events, webinars, customer engagement programs, and lead generation initiatives
that contribute directly to sales pipeline growth. Candidates with experience
in ERP, SaaS, enterprise applications, or technology products will have an
added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Demand Generation & Pipeline Creation

* Plan and execute regional marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads
and sales opportunities.
* Collaborate closely with sales teams to align marketing initiatives with
revenue goals.
* Drive inbound and outbound demand generation programs across digital and
offline channels.
* Monitor campaign performance and optimize activities to maximize ROI and
pipeline contribution.Events & Customer Engagement

* Organize and execute customer events, roundtables, executive briefings,
roadshows, seminars, and industry conferences.
* Coordinate webinars, product launches, thought leadership programs, and
solution showcase events.




* Manage event logistics including vendor management, venue coordination,
marketing collateral, and attendee engagement.
* Develop post-event nurture programs to convert attendees into qualified
opportunities.Partner & Channel Marketing

* Support channel partner marketing initiatives and co-marketing campaigns.
* Work with partners to drive awareness, lead generation, and customer
acquisition.
* Assist in developing partner marketing toolkits, campaign kits, and sales
enablement assets.Content & Campaign Management

* Collaborate with product marketing teams to create campaign messaging, case
studies, customer success stories, and marketing collateral.
* Manage email campaigns, landing pages, social media promotions, and event
communications.
* Ensure consistent brand messaging across all customer-facing activities.
Analytics & Reporting

* Track campaign effectiveness using key marketing metrics.
* Measure lead generation, conversion rates, marketing-qualified leads
(MQLs), and pipeline contribution.
* Prepare regular reports and dashboards for sales and leadership teams.
* Utilize CRM and marketing automation platforms to manage campaign




activities and reporting.Required Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or
related field.
* 4-6 years of experience in Field Marketing, Demand Generation, Marketing
Programs, Event Marketing, or Campaign Management.
* Experience supporting B2B technology, SaaS, ERP, Cloud, Enterprise
Applications, or IT services organizations.
* Robust stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across
sales, product, partner, and marketing teams.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
* Experience managing multiple campaigns and events simultaneously.Preferred
Qualifications

* Experience in ERP solutions such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor,
NetSuite, Epicor, Sage, or similar enterprise platforms.
* Knowledge of industries such as Manufacturing, BFSI, Retail, Distribution,
Supply Chain, Healthcare, or Enterprise Services.
* Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce,
HubSpot, Marketo, Zoho, or Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
* Experience managing regional marketing programs across India or
