Business Title: Logistics Executive Location: Patna DC Job Summary: The Logistics Executive will be responsible for managing and optimizing the logistics and distribution operations to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of products. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, external vendors, and transportation partners to ensure seamless supply chain operations.Key ResponsibilitiesLogistics Planning & Execution:Plan and oversee the transportation and distribution of goods to ensure on-time delivery.Optimize logistics processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency.Vendor & Partner ManagementCoordinate with third-party logistics (3PL) providers, transporters, and warehouses.Negotiate contracts and rates with vendors to ensure cost-effectiveness.Inventory ManagementMonitor inventory levels and ensure alignment with demand forecasts.Ensure proper storage and handling of goods to minimize damage and losses.Compliance & DocumentationEnsure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to transportation and logistics.Maintain accurate documentation for shipments, invoices, and delivery records.Performance MonitoringTrack key performance indicators (KPIs) such as delivery timelines, cost per unit, and transportation efficiency.Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.Stakeholder CollaborationWork closely with sales, procurement, and production teams to align logistics operations with business needs.Resolve any issues related to delays, damages,
