We are looking for a motivated Tele Sales Executive to join our team and promote our IT courses to potential students. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a desire to help others achieve their educational goals.

Responsibilities

- Conduct outbound calls to potential students to promote IT courses.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospects through effective communication.
- Provide detailed information about courses, pricing, and admission procedures.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into enrollments.
- Target oriented

Skills and Qualifications





- 1-3 years of experience in tele sales or a similar role.
- Robust verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- Knowledge of IT courses and the education sector is a plus.
- Proficient in using CRM software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
