Job Description

The Role:

- The Customer Service will support ExxonMobil's loyalty programmed across Hong Kong, Macau, Guam and Saipan by handling customer enquiries and requests through phone and written correspondence.
- The role will assist with member accounts, redemptions, card issues, points, promotions, vouchers and other loyalty programmed services, while accurately updating customer information in the CRM system, resolving complaints within the assigned authority and escalating matters when required.
- Candidates must be proficient in spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese.

The Responsibilities of the Role:

- Handle customer enquiries and service requests for ExxonMobil's loyalty programme via phone, fax and written correspondence.
- Assist members with account updates, card issues, redemptions, points adjustments and partner point transfers.
- Handle enquiries related to promotions, vouchers, programme services and redemption status.
- Process requests for lost, stolen or faulty cards and assist with form recovery and rejected requests.
- Handle customer complaints within the assigned authority and escalate complex matters when required.
- Accurately capture and update customer information in the CRM system and relevant forms.
- Conduct outbound calls when required for request recovery and customer follow-up.
- Provide support to service station dealers and handle other miscellaneous loyalty programme enquiries.
- Perform other ad hoc duties assigned by the supervisor in accordance with company policies.

Skill Requirements:

- - A high degree of integrity and professionalism with leadership traits.
- Dynamic, highly motivated, and result oriented team player with good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a challenging environment with good initiative and able to work independently.
- Ability to manage multiple customer communication channels and resolve issues promptly.

Job Description

The Role:

- Manager - PMO to lead end-to-end projects and support operational transformation within a dynamic contact centre environment.
- The role will work closely with Operations, WFM, Quality, Training, Technology and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery, operational readiness, performance improvement and continuous business optimisation.

The Responsibilities of the Role:

- Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and within agreed scope.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, resources, risks, issues, dependencies and mitigation plans.
- Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders, operations, technology teams and clients.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives and performance targets are achieved.
- Oversee operational readiness for new projects, process changes and system implementations, ensuring people, processes, technology and training are aligned before go-live.
- Drive contact centre performance against agreed KPIs and SLAs, identifying gaps and ensuring timely corrective actions.
- Prepare and present periodic project and operational reports for management and stakeholders.
- Partner with Operations, WFM, Quality and Training teams to improve productivity, service delivery, quality and customer experience.
- Analyse operational trends and business insights to identify opportunities for process optimisation, cost reduction, automation and continuous improvement.
- Establish and monitor action plans for operational issues and performance gaps through to closure.
- Lead cross-functional improvement initiatives and ensure agreed benefits are measured and sustained.
- Manage project governance, stakeholder communication, change management and project documentation.
- Support strategic planning by developing roadmaps, proposals and improvement initiatives to enhance business performance and efficiency.
- Ensure project deliverables, contractual obligations and deadlines are tracked and activities comply with applicable policies and requirements.
- Promote the effective use of AI-based tools and automation to improve productivity and project deliverables.
- Support audits and other governance activities related to projects and departments.

Skill Requirements:

- Good understanding of contact centre operations, business processes and operational metrics.
- Robust project management, analytical, problem-solving and conceptual skills.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities within a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
- Self-motivated, proactive and accountable, with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.




- Ability to work under pressure and manage competing deadlines.
- Basic knowledge and practical understanding of AI and AI-based productivity tools.
- Degree holder with relevant experience in Project Management, PMO or Contact Centre Operations.
- Minimum 2 years of PMO experience, with experience in a contact centre environment preferred.
- Experience in process improvement, reporting automation and data integration.
- Proficient in MS Office applications and process flow design.
- Knowledge of PMBOK, PRINCE2 and/or Six Sigma methodologies will be an advantage.

The Role:

- Immigration Liaison serves as the key contact between company and immigration authorities to facilitate student visa processing.
- This role involves coordinating and submitting required documentation, following up on application statuses, and ensuring compliance with immigration policies and procedures.
- The liaison ensures timely communication and resolution of issues, supporting a smooth and efficient visa approval process for international students.

The Responsibilities of the Role:

- Submission of students applications/documents that are required by the Immigration Department for the issuance of eVAL.
- Submission of Students passports along with the documents that are required by the Immigration Department for the issuance of Student Pass, Special Pass, and Dependent Pass.
- Accept passports and any additional documents from Institutes.
- Ensure passports are kept in the safe box.
- To vet through the documents using the processing checklist as a guideline.
- To make sure that system statuses are updated correctly.
- To be the point of escalation/contact between Immigration Department and Operations.
- To be the point of contact between Immigration Department and Institutions.
- Highlight all urgent cases to the Line Manager for further assistance.
- To seek Line Manager Assistance whenever needed.
- Highlight any downtime or technical issue to the Line manager for further escalation.
- Undertake any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Line Manager or any other Operations Management team as and when required.
- When operational situations arise, management will require the executive to stay back and complete all assigned duties.

Skill Requirements:

- Able to read, write and speak English and Malay.
- Basic Computer knowledge: MS Office (Word, Power Point & Excel)
- Good multitasking ability.
- Customer service oriented.
- Willingness to learn and fast learner.
- Ability to work in a fast-moving environment.
- Minimum Diploma with prior related working experience (preferably minimum 1 year experience in contact centre,) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
