Summary:

As a Security Consulting Practitioner, a typical day involves engaging with clients to understand their unique business protection needs. You will focus on shaping comprehensive security strategies that align with organizational goals, designing tailored solutions to address potential vulnerabilities, and offering expert guidance to enhance overall cyber resilience. This role requires continuous collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that security measures are effectively integrated and maintained, supporting clients in navigating the evolving landscape of cyber threats.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.




- Collaborate with clients to assess current security postures and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and document best practices and frameworks to support governance, risk, and compliance initiatives.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing mentorship to foster professional growth.
- Continuously monitor industry trends and emerging threats to proactively advise clients on potential risks.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC).
- Valuable To Have Skills: Security Architecture Design.
- Strong understanding of risk management principles and compliance frameworks.
- Experience in configuring and managing ServiceNow GRC modules to support organizational policies.
- Ability to analyze complex security requirements and translate them into practical solutions.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity standards and regulatory requirements relevant to various industries.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC).
- This position is based at our CDC2A - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
