Roles and Responsibilities:

- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams to ensure timely project completion
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies
- Communicate project status, updates, and milestones to stakeholders regularly
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business objectives
- Manage project budgets and track expenses to stay within financial constraints
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and reviews to ensure alignment and collaboration
- Conduct resource planning and allocation to optimize team productivity
- Oversee project documentation, including plans, reports, and post-project evaluations
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)




- Mentor and guide team members to foster a team-oriented and productive work environment

IT Skills and Experience

- Windows 7 & 10, MS Office 2010/2013/2016/365
- Ability to communicate regarding technical issues with clients
- Must be able to pass annual criminal and motor vehicle background

SKILLS:

- Windows OS (e.g. XP, Vista, Windows 7, 10)
- Microsoft Office applications
- EUC Support
- Security

IT Qualifications

At least two of the following:

- Bachelor of Engineering – Computer Science, Bachelor of Technology – Computer Science, Master of Computer Applications
- ITIL qualification
- MCP certification

Experience in a similar role

- 5+years of relevant experience
