Sales Manager Field Sales (Shuttering Sheets)

Polykawach | Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh

Salary: 30,000 per month + sales incentives

Schedule: 6 days a week

Experience: 45 years in direct field sales

Territory: Kanpur region only

About Polykawach

Polykawach is a Kanpur-based plastic recycling and manufacturing company producing MLP sheets as an alternative to plywood, primarily for shuttering applications in construction.

Were looking for a hands-on Sales Manager to find and convert contractor customers across Kanpur. This is an independent field-sales role with ownership of the full sales cyclefrom sourcing leads to closing orders and developing repeat business.

Key responsibilities

- Identify contractors working on homes, apartments, and other building projects across Kanpur.
- Generate leads through construction-site visits, direct outreach, referrals, and local networking.
- Meet contractors, understand their shuttering requirements, and present Polykawachs sheets.
- Handle product enquiries, quotations, negotiations, and follow-ups to convert leads into orders.
- Coordinate internally for order fulfilment and follow up on customer payments.
- Maintain records of visits, leads, follow-ups, and sales.
- Build strong contractor relationships and generate repeat orders.

Who were looking for
- 45 years of hands-on field-sales experience ,



with demonstrated ability to source leads independently and close sales.
- Confidence approaching contractors and visiting construction sites regularly.
- Robust communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills. Hindi is sufficient.
- Ability to plan daily visits and manage the sales pipeline independently.
- Own two-wheeler for local customer visits.
- Candidates based in Kanpur preferred .
