- The Art Therapy is a Made-in-India D2C brand that designs and delivers therapeutic painting kits, including paint-by-numbers and DIY kits, to help people relax, focus, and express their creativity. The company sells through its website as well as leading e-commerce platforms and creates mindful, engaging content across social media.

What you'll do:

- Make 70-80 short, warm feedback calls a day to customers whose kit was just delivered - listen, log, do not sell.
- Help clear the human inbox: reply to simple tickets on WhatsApp, Instagram, Email and Facebook in a calm voice.
- Read how to handle each escalated ticket and log.
- Keep the call sheet clean: one line per call, outcome and note.
- Turn what you hear on calls into a short daily note that shapes product and content decisions.

What we're looking for:

- Comfortable on the phone - friendly and confident on calls.
- Calm, patient and empathetic, especially with frustrated customers.




- Genuinely curious - you like understanding WHY behind customer behaviour.
- Organised and reliable with sheets, logs and follow-through.
- Can commit to 4 hours a day, from the office, for at least 3 months.

Nice to have:

- Any prior customer-facing, support, or telecalling experience.
- Comfort with Google Sheets and simple dashboards.
- Interest in D2C, e-commerce, or consumer brands.
