About the Company:

Auric Lifestyle is hiring an Operations Executive to support dependable warehouse and supply chain execution from its Katedan facility in Hyderabad. The role works closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to keep inventory, purchasing, dispatch, and operational reporting accurate and timely.

Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day activities at the Katedan warehouse, including stock receiving, movement, availability checks, and dispatch coordination.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, operational documentation, daily trackers, and MIS reports.
- Coordinate with distributors, partners, Warehouse, Sales, Procurement, Logistics, and Accounts teams on stock and dispatch requirements.
- Assist with raising and processing purchase orders, and track pending orders, deliveries, dispatches, and stock movement.
- Share timely stock updates and dispatch details, identify shortages or discrepancies,



and escalate operational issues to the Operations Manager.
- Handle routine operational queries and coordinate with relevant teams for prompt resolution.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree.
- At least 6 months of experience in Operations, Warehouse, Supply Chain, or Logistics.
- Basic understanding of warehouse and supply chain processes.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, solid communication and coordination abilities, and close attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple operational activities and work from the warehouse location in Katedan, Hyderabad.

Success in this role will be measured through inventory accuracy, timely operational updates, on-time dispatch coordination, reliable MIS and tracker reporting, prompt resolution of queries, and effective coordination across warehouse and internal teams.
