About the Role

We’re building a standing network of experienced Finance Experts to help evaluate and improve how AI systems handle real-world financial scenarios.

The work draws directly on professional finance and accounting judgment. You may create realistic financial scenarios and workflows based on situations you would encounter in professional practice, then review AI-generated responses to determine whether the reasoning, calculations, assumptions, and recommendations are accurate and appropriate.

The role covers a broad range of finance disciplines, including financial planning, wealth management, tax, retirement and estate planning, corporate finance, FP&A;, accounting, banking, lending, credit, insurance, and annuities.

What You’ll Do

- Create realistic finance scenarios and workflows based on your professional experience.

- Develop practical problems and client-style scenarios that require genuine financial judgment.

- Review AI-generated responses for accuracy, sound reasoning, and alignment with real-world financial practice.

- Identify incorrect calculations, assumptions, interpretations, or financial guidance.

- Evaluate whether responses appropriately address the facts and constraints of a given financial scenario.

- Clearly explain errors, reasoning gaps,



and areas where an AI-generated response could be improved.

- Apply your professional judgment to help improve AI systems handling real-world finance and accounting tasks.

What We’re Looking For

- 4+ years of hands-on qualified experience in finance or accounting.

- Bachelor’s degree or higher.

- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

- Strong written English.

- Ability to explain financial reasoning clearly and accurately in writing.

- Strong attention to detail, particularly when reviewing calculations, assumptions, and financial logic.

- Practical professional judgment that can be applied to realistic financial scenarios.

Compensation

Compensation ranges from $150–$200 per hour depending on specialization and professional experience.
