Location: Currency Tower, Raipur, Chhattisgarh

Employment Type: Full-time

Reports To: Director

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the Director's calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel schedules
- Handle calls, emails, and correspondence on the Director's behalf
- Prepare reports, MIS, presentations, and meeting notes
- Track follow-ups, deadlines, and pending tasks, and ensure timely closure
- Maintain confidential files, documents, and records
- Support with vendor, client, and government or regulatory liaison as needed

Requirements:

- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDBA preferred)
- 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Secretary to senior management
- Excellent English and Hindi communication, written and spoken
- Strong command of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and email
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
- High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information




- Prior experience in transport, logistics, or a similar industry is an advantage
