Customer Success Executive / Receptionist

We are looking for a polished, confident, and well-presented professional to be the first point of contact for our customers and deliver an exceptional luxury experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and warmly greet customers with a professional and courteous approach.
- Provide premium hospitality and personalised customer service throughout the customer journey.
- Handle customer enquiries, calls, appointments, and coordinate with the sales team.
- Maintain a welcoming, elegant, and professional reception environment.
- Build positive customer relationships and ensure a seamless in-store experience.
- Support customer follow-ups and coordinate special occasions, appointments, and visits.

Candidate Profile
- 310 years of experience in customer service, reception, hospitality, luxury retail, or premium customer-facing roles.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer-handling skills .




- Highly professional, presentable, courteous, and confident personality.
- Experience with luxury retail, premium hospitality, jewellery, or high-end customer segments will be preferred.
- Strong service mindset with attention to detail and a passion for creating an exceptional customer experience.
